1. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our website forms, book appointments online or participate in our SMS messaging program. By submitting a form or opting in to receive text messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Salon services for children are available in person with a parent or guardian present.

2. SMS Program Description

When you opt in to the Posh Nails & Spa SMS Notifications program, you consent to receive text messages from Posh Nails & Spa at the phone number you provide. Message types include:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Follow-up and customer care messages
  • Promotional offers and seasonal specials (if you opted in to marketing messages)

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time:

  • STOP: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • HELP: reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us directly at (659) 239-0063.
  • START: if you wish to rejoin after opting out, reply START or sign up again as you did the first time, and we will resume sending messages to you.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Any charges for text messages are billed by your mobile carrier according to your mobile plan. Please contact your wireless provider with questions about your text and data plan.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers, including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside of our control.

8. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at (659) 239-0063 as early as possible, ideally at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, so we can offer the slot to other guests. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings. If you are running late, please call ahead; we will do our best to accommodate you, but arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or have services adjusted.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
